All projects will be developed according to the agreed-upon specifications, timeline, and budget outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Delivery Terms

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects according to agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, client feedback, or changes in project scope. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, materials, and access
• Communicating project requirements clearly
• Making payments according to agreed terms

7. Payment Terms

Fees and Payment

All fees for services are outlined in the project proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion based on project stage and circumstances. Custom development work is generally non-refundable once development has begun. Please contact us to discuss refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARIS Vietnam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Warranty and Support

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. If you believe there is a defect in our service delivery, please contact us within 30 days of project completion.

Technical Support

Technical support is provided according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Support hours, response times, and scope of support vary by service package.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will provide reasonable assistance for transition
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Client retains ownership of their content and data

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
